If you have made a purchase from our e-shop or signed up to be on our mailing list, we may occasionally update you on our latest promotions and news via email, post or telephone. All Pally Giraffe members can opt-out from receiving such communication by activating the “unsubscribe” function available in all materials.
Shipping
We currently ship to any address in Singapore only. If you are a customer from Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, good news! We’re now working on delivery to these countries and will be updating our website soon on this.

Delivery Estimate
Delivery time may vary according to availability of the products. However, we will do our utmost to ensure you get your purchase within 3 - 5 working days, upon receipt of your order and payment.
Errors and Variations
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover any error, we will inform you of it as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days upon such contact, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Do note that there might be discrepancy in colour intensity between the images and actual products. Such variations are common, due to reasons such as different screen settings or photography lighting.
Return / Exchange Policy
At Pally Giraffe, we take the effort to check your products for faults before delivering it to you. In the unfortunate event that a defective product reaches you, we will allow a one-for-one exchange within 5 working days upon the delivery receipt date. If the product you have ordered is no longer available, we will offer you the option of replacing it with other products of the same price or cancel the order for a full refund.
